Pre-Licensing

To earn a RI real estate license you have to take the 45-hour RI real estate classes at a state approved school, like the Nexus Training Academy. Our classes are taught by instructors who are knowledgeable and zealous about helping you become a real estate agent. Choose from convenient class schedules. Once you complete the required Rhode Island Real Estate Pre-Licensing Classes you will be ready to take the real estate exam, knowing all you need to pass.

And, it’s not a problem if you live in another state as you are not required to be a Rhode Island resident to earn your license.
